OMICRON Lab in Austria seeks a Marketing Operations Specialist to coordinate translation and proofreading of international Marketing materials and support across channels. You will manage content across formats, implement corrections in source files, and assist with daily Marketing activities.

Requirements include several years in Marketing, a structured, proactive mindset, and fluent German and English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in Marketing or related duties.
• Structured and precise work style with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on mindset with independence, ownership and pragmatic problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Basic experience with Adobe InDesign and understanding of Marketing materials.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate translation and proofreading processes for Marketing materials and partner communications.
• Manage translated content across formats and channels, updating source files when needed.
• Provide organizational and operational support to Marketing teams to run day-to-day activities and projects.
• Coordinate Marketing activities such as the OMICRON customer magazine, meetings, publications and initiatives.
• Organize Marketing materials, brochures, shipments and event materials for activities.
• Coordinate and host international customer visits at our facilities in Austria with a professional welcome.
