Zusammenfassung

Kulm Group is seeking an experienced F&B Enabler at 1800m altitude to bridge administrative precision, hospitality tech, and front‑of‑house operations in our luxury resort. You will design menus with Ai-web-to-print, manage reservations, coordinate guest requests, and ensure compliance with LQA and Forbes Travel Guide standards while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• Completed hotel or commercial apprenticeship.
• Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with MS Office and Opera Cloud.
• Organizational talent with reliability and discretion.

Aufgaben

• Reservation management: main contact for reservations (on-site, phone, email) via hotel software.
• Menu design & coordination with kitchen/marketing/restaurant management via Ai-web-to-print.
• Daily operations: create daily half-board menus, staff menus, buffet labeling using Ai-web-to-print and Viewneo.
• Process guest requests for aperitifs, birthdays and any special occasions to add the extra touch.
• Coordinate guest amenities with Front Office and Room Service; handle payments via Saferpay and Opera.
• Provide Front-Line support and assist guests directly when needed.
• Ensure compliance with high standards (LQA, Forbes Travel Guide) and handle feedback and complaints.
• Prepare corporate invoices and general correspondence (office share ~80–90%).
