COREcruitment Ltd seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead an alpine hotel and resort, with a strong Food & Beverage focus and guest-centric mindset.

You will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Spa and Maintenance, manage budgets and P&Ls, and drive revenue through sales and revenue partnerships across winter and summer seasons. Fluent in German and English, you will be on the floor, inspiring large teams in a seasonal setting.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel/Operations Manager in ski resorts or alpine hospitality.
• Strong Food & Beverage passion with guest-centric mindset.
• Hands-on leadership, visible on the floor to support the team.
• Excellent customer service mindset and guest relationships.
• Strong budgeting, P&L and performance metrics experience.
• Experience leading large, multi-department teams in a seasonal environment.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages an advantage.
• Solution-oriented, calm under pressure with a positive energy.

Aufgaben

• Lead, inspire, and manage a large hotel team across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Spa, and Maintenance.
• Be a visible, approachable leader and support the team during peak periods.
• Drive a service culture focused on guest satisfaction, loyalty, and personal touches.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflows and high standards across departments.
• Own the Food & Beverage concept and collaborate with culinary/service teams for memorable dining.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and P&L to identify revenue opportunities and control costs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue to maximise occupancy and ADR.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Act as main point of contact for VIP guests and partners for personalised experiences.
