Kulm Group is seeking an experienced Concierge for its luxury Engadin property. You will greet guests at the Concierge desk, anticipate needs, and coordinate bespoke experiences with partners and events across the guest journey.

Requirements include several years of five‑star concierge experience, fluency in German and English, strong Engadin knowledge, diplomatic presence, a valid Category B driving licence, and digital proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as a Concierge within a five‑star hotel.
• Solid knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards in luxury service.
• Strong local knowledge of the Engadin region or the motivation to learn quickly.
• Composure, presence, discretion, and a polished appearance.
• Structured, independent work style with digital proficiency and a valid Category B driving licence.
• Business fluent German and English; other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Guest care at the Concierge desk with warm, professional service.
• Adherence to luxury standards and quality assurance across the guest journey.
• Arrange tailor‑made experiences and insider recommendations for guests.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, luggage, shuttles, and transfers.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners and service providers.
• Ensure smooth cross‑department communication within the Concierge team.
• Oversee fleet and equipment upkeep.

• Guest care at the highest level: Warm reception of our guests and ensuring smooth, professional service at the Concierge desk.
• Luxury Standards: Consistent compliance with and active application of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) and Forbes standards throughout the guest journey.
• Fulfilling individual wishes: Personalised assistance ranging from insider recommendations and restaurant bookings to organising tailor-made experiences in the Engadin.
• Coordination & Logistics: Seamless organisation of arrivals and departures, luggage and valet parking services, as well as coordinating all shuttles and transfers.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining excellent relationships with local partners, mountain railways, event organisers, and regional service providers.
• Cross-departmental Communication: Ensuring a flawless flow of information within the Concierge team and close collaboration across all departments.
• Fleet & Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the proper care and upkeep of the hotel fleet and operational equipment.
