You will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Spa and Maintenance, manage budgets and P&Ls, and drive revenue through sales and revenue partnerships across winter and summer seasons. Fluent in German and English, you will be on the floor, inspiring large teams in a seasonal setting.

Your Mission

• Lead, inspire, and manage a large and diverse hotel team across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Spa, and Maintenance.
• Be a visible and approachable leader, supporting the team during busy periods and leading by example.
• Drive a strong service culture where customer satisfaction, guest loyalty, and personal touches are at the heart of everything we do.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, high standards, and efficient collaboration between all departments.
• Take ownership of the Food & Beverage concept, working closely with the culinary and service teams to create memorable dining and après-ski experiences.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and control costs.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue to maximise occupancy, ADR, and overall profitability throughout the winter and summer seasons.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, and maintain a safe and positive working environment.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the main point of contact for key guests, VIPs, and partners, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, or Operations Manager, ideally within ski resorts or alpine hospitality.
• A genuine passion for Food & Beverage, with strong commercial understanding and an eye for quality, trends, and guest expectations.
• A hands-on leadership style: you are comfortable stepping in where needed and leading from the front.
• Excellent customer service mindset with a natural ability to connect with guests and create memorable experiences.
• Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and performance metrics.
• Experience leading and developing large, multi-departmental teams in a seasonal environment.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• A switched-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
