Qualifikationen

• Completed professional culinary training (EFZ or international equivalent).

• Passion for premium ingredients and culinary innovation.
• Fluent in Italian; good knowledge of English or German.

Aufgaben

• Act as trusted right hand to the Executive Chef and lead a skilled brigade.
• Assist in daily organization, planning, menu creation, and brigade leadership.
• Oversee kitchen operations across services from breakfast to gala dinners.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and uphold high presentation and flavor standards.
• Mentor Commis de Cuisine and Chefs de Partie in a respectful, high-performing environment.
