Job summary

netcup is seeking a Junior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) - Customer Success in Vienna to deliver small to medium IT projects from start to finish. You will bridge Sales, Engineering and customers, ensuring clear processes and high-quality, contract-compliant delivery.

With mentorship, you will grow into greater responsibilities, while working in a team that values proactive communication and structured project execution across departments.

Qualifications

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training in an IT environment.
• First experience in project management, including IT projects.
• Good communication and facilitation skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of cloud, IT infrastructure, managed services or networks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small to medium-sized technical customer projects from handover to completion.
• Coordinate internal implementation tasks across multiple technical departments.
• Monitor project status and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage changes and escalations with a focus on solutions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, processes, quality standards and KPIs.
