Job summary

AVASO Technology Solutions invites an experienced IT support field technician to join our Klagenfurt team. You will provide on-site and remote desktop assistance, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and help keep end-user devices up to date with standard OS and software deployments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Desktop Support, strong English and German, proficiency with Active Directory, remote access tools, and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Desktop Support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
• Experience with Active Directory for user management and policies.
• Familiar with remote desktop tools and network troubleshooting.
• Aware of ITIL processes and standard security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote desktop support for users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Install and configure desktop systems and peripherals.
• Deploy operating systems and software updates.
• Collaborate with IT team and manage support tickets.
• Perform routine system audits and ensure security.
• Deliver end-user training and document procedures.
