SKIDATA, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver first- and second-line support for applications and endpoints in Salzburg and across the EMEA region. You will resolve tickets, onboard/offboard users, and collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth IT operations.

The role emphasizes proactive improvement, knowledge sharing, and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Fluency in German and English is required, with travel up to 5%.

Formación

• Completed IT education or equivalent in IT support or related field.
• Experience in IT support roles with hands-on troubleshooting.
