ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver first-line and end-user support across applications and endpoints in a hybrid setup, based in Salzburg with remote work across the EMEA region.

You will manage tickets via ServiceNow, onboard/offboard users, and collaborate with second-line engineers and vendors to resolve complex issues while maintaining security and best practices across Windows and macOS environments.

Qualifikationen

• Completed IT education or equivalent IT support experience.
• At least 3 years in IT support or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing.
• Hands-on with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Basic networking, hardware, and endpoint management on Windows/macOS.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of delivering top-tier application and endpointsupport, working hand-in-hand with second-linesupportengineers to resolve challenges efficiently. What You'll Do

• Ticket Management: Receive, manage, and resolveIT-related tickets through ServiceNow, ensuring efficient resolution within defined SLAs.
• First-LineSupport: Provide initial troubleshooting, identify issues, and resolveITproblems for applications, endpoints, and network-related concerns.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Set up and deactivate user accounts, access rights, and devices for new and departing employees - from account creation in Active Directory/Entra ID to device issuance and return.
• Collaboration: Work closely with second-linesupportengineers and external vendors (e.g., DELL, Canon, A1) to escalated complex issues and ensure resolution.
• Application and EndpointSupport: Offersupportfor business-critical applications and endpoint devices, ensuring they are operating optimally and are aligned with internal best practices.
• Communication: Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, coordinating solutions for variousITchallenges.
• Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to improving thesupportenvironment by maintaining a knowledge base, sharing best practices, and collaborating with the globalITteam within ASSA ABLOY GroupIT.
• Continuous Improvement: Work to improve overallsupportprocesses and share suggestions for enhancing the user experience, increasing the efficiency ofITservices.

What You Bring

• Completed technical education (e.g., apprenticeship, technical college/HTL, vocational school) inIT- alternatively, comparable professional experience inITsupport
• At least 3 years of experience inITsupportor a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Hands-on experience in user and access management with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), e.g., account creation/deactivation, permission assignment, and password resets
• Basic understanding of networking (DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN), hardware, and endpoint management on Windows and macOS
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and Mobile Device Management (Intune) for automated provisioning and management of devices and smartphones
• Confident use of remotesupporttools (e.g., TeamViewer) for remote maintenance and usersupport
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration
• Basic understanding of AI chatbots and automation solutions inITsupport
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a systematic approach to troubleshootingITissues
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external teams
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• An affinity for business processes, and experience working with business applications andsupporttools
• Proactive, with a hands-on attitude toward problem-solving
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused, always aiming for efficient service
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken (German is a mandatory requirement)
• Up to 5% travel

We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 2.535,00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be adjusted in line with the market based on your qualifications and experience.
