Zusammenfassung

SKIDATA is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver first-line and endpoint support across Austria, with hybrid work from Salzburg and remote collaboration across the EMEA region. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, manage tickets in ServiceNow, and work with vendors to resolve complex issues.

The role requires 3+ years in IT support, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and fluency in German and English. Travel up to 5% may be needed.

Qualifikationen

Completed technical education in IT or equivalent professional IT experience.
Experience in IT support with 3+ years preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ticketing systems.

Aufgaben

Ticket management and resolution via ServiceNow within SLAs.
Provide 1st-line IT support for apps, endpoints, and networks.
Onboarding/offboarding: AD/Entra ID accounts and devices.
Collaborate with 2nd-line support and external vendors.
Support business-critical applications and endpoints.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to knowledge base and global IT initiatives.
Assist continuous improvement of support processes.
