Zusammenfassung

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver first-line and end-user support across applications and endpoints in a hybrid setup, based in Salzburg with remote work across the EMEA region.

You will manage tickets via ServiceNow, onboard/offboard users, and collaborate with second-line engineers and vendors to resolve complex issues while maintaining security and best practices across Windows and macOS environments.

Qualifikationen

• Completed IT education or equivalent IT support experience.
• At least 3 years in IT support or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing.
• Hands-on with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Basic networking, hardware, and endpoint management on Windows/macOS.

Aufgaben

• Ticket Management: receive, manage, and resolve IT tickets via ServiceNow.
• First-Line Support: troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for apps and endpoints.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: manage user accounts, access rights, devices.
• Collaboration: work with second-line engineers and vendors to escalate issues.
• Application & Endpoint Support: ensure business apps and devices run smoothly.
• Communication: coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge Sharing: maintain knowledge base and share best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: improve support processes and user experience.
