Zusammenfassung

AOP Health Group is seeking an Interim Senior HR Business Partner to cover headquarters and international markets for 12-14 months. You will partner with leaders across Commercial and Finance, serving as an internal advisor on all elements of the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include implementing the global HR strategy, planning workforce needs, designing organizational development, guiding managers with HR policies, and driving employee engagement across international subsidiaries.

Qualifikationen

• Completed (business administration) studies with a specialization in HR or comparable education.
• 7+ years of professional experience with 2 years in a leadership role, ideally in a HR role.
• Pharma/Life Science industry experience, preferably in support of commercial/country organisations.
• Experience working in international companies with matrix organization preferred.
• Experience in Change Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German.

Aufgaben

• Partner with stakeholders to implement the global HR strategy.
• Assist leaders with strategic planning and forecasting for people and organizational culture.
• Co-design organizational development and talent development.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures across areas of the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee performance management, rewards, talent management and employee development.
• Monitor employee engagement and implement measures to increase satisfaction.
• Deliver HR processes and programs across the business and support key hires.
