Partners Group is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to join our Switzerland HR team. You will manage onboarding, payroll collaboration, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring Swiss regulations and internal policies are followed.

The role offers exposure to global projects, a hands-on operational environment, and opportunities to digitalize HR workflows, contributing to an efficient and compliant employee experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated HR operations experience (5-10 years) with Swiss HR knowledge.
• Strong understanding of HR administration, documentation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, changes, leaves, transfers, exits.
• Prepare HR documentation for Switzerland: contracts, amendments, permits, letters.
• Ensure records align with Swiss employment laws and internal policies.
• Support payroll-related processes and data changes.
• Deliver a positive employee experience during onboarding and queries.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and digitalize HR processes.
• Collaborate with Global People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and others.
