Partners Group is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to support the full employee lifecycle in Switzerland. You will ensure compliant, smooth HR experiences for employees, managers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, international setting.

Responsibilities include onboarding, changes, leaves, transfers and exits; documenting employment contracts and permits; and collaborating with Payroll to ensure accurate salary and benefits processing. Fluency in English and German is required.

• Deliver a positive employee experience through onboarding and queries handling.
• Identify opportunities to digitalize and standardize HR processes.

In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle in Switzerland, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and professional HR experience for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders. Key responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, leaves of absence, transfers, and exits.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation for employees in Switzerland, including employment contracts, amendments, work permit documentation, reference letters, and other employee-related correspondence.
• Ensure HR processes, records, and documentation are accurate, consistent, and aligned with applicable Swiss employment regulations and internal policies
• Support HR operations processes related to family and child allowances, pension fund administration, employee data changes, reporting, absence management and other recurring HR topics.
• Partner with Payroll on employee lifecycle and payroll-related matters, ensuring timely and accurate information flow for salary changes, absences, benefits, social insurance topics, and employee updates.
• Deliver a positive employee experience by supporting HR Introduction Day sessions, new hire onboarding, leaver processes, and responding to employee queries in a timely and service-oriented manner.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, digitalize, and standardize HR processes, policies, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate closely with Global People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Centers of Expertise, and other stakeholders, while contributing to European and global HR projects as needed.

What we expect

• Demonstrated HR Operations experience (ideally 5–10 years), with knowledge of Swiss HR processes. Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Human Resources is desirable
• Strong understanding of HR administration, employee documentation, and compliance requirements, with the ability to learn and apply Swiss employment law and regulatory topics accurately
• A hands-on and proactive mindset, with confidence managing both recurring operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong attention to detail, combined with the ability to work efficiently, prioritize effectively, and maintain quality in a dynamic environment
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups and handle sensitive or challenging situations with empathy and discretion
• Resilience, sound judgment, and a service-oriented approach when responding to employee and manager queries
• Curiosity and motivation to challenge existing ways of working, suggest practical improvements, and contribute to digitalization and process evolution
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory
