Partners Group is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to join our Switzerland HR team. You will manage onboarding, payroll collaboration, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring Swiss regulations and internal policies are followed.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, leaves of absence, transfers, and exits.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation for employees in Switzerland, including employment contracts, amendments, work permit documentation, reference letters, and other employee-related correspondence.
• Ensure HR processes, records, and documentation are accurate, consistent, and aligned with applicable Swiss employment regulations and internal policies
• Support HR operations processes related to family and child allowances, pension fund administration, employee data changes, reporting, absence management and other recurring HR topics.
• Partner with Payroll on employee lifecycle and payroll-related matters, ensuring timely and accurate information flow for salary changes, absences, benefits, social insurance topics, and employee updates.
• Deliver a positive employee experience by supporting HR Introduction Day sessions, new hire onboarding, leaver processes, and responding to employee queries in a timely and service-oriented manner.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, digitalize, and standardize HR processes, policies, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate closely with Global People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Centers of Expertise, and other stakeholders, while contributing to European and global HR projects as needed.

What we expect

• Demonstrated HR Operations experience (ideally 5-10 years), with knowledge of Swiss HR processes. Experience in managing payroll (e.g., processing payroll, payroll audits, or working with payroll vendors) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of HR administration, employee documentation, and compliance requirements, with the ability to learn and apply Swiss employment law and regulatory topics accurately
• A hands-on and proactive mindset, with confidence managing both recurring operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong attention to detail, combined with the ability to work efficiently, prioritize effectively, and maintain quality in a dynamic environment
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups and handle sensitive or challenging situations with empathy and discretion
• Resilience, sound judgment, and a service-oriented approach when responding to employee and manager queries
• Curiosity and motivation to challenge existing ways of working, suggest practical improvements, and contribute to digitalization and process evolution
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory
