Role Description

The HR Business Partner will support HR initiatives for biomedical sales and service roles by aligning people practices with organizational needs. This part-time position involves collaborating with hiring managers, advising on HR policies, and assisting with workforce planning and personnel management. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting recruitment and onboarding, guiding performance and development conversations, managing employee relations issues, and coordinating employee benefits and HR documentation. The role is hybrid, based in Vienna, Austria, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home tasks, including virtual meetings and digital HR administration.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience partnering with business leaders.
• Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies and procedures in line with local labor regulations.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including coordination of compensation, leave, and wellbeing programs.
• Skills in Personnel Management, including employee lifecycle processes, documentation, and HR data maintenance.
• Relevant academic background in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a business partner or generalist HR role, ideally within healthcare, biomedical, or technical services sectors.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup.
• Proficiency with HRIS tools and common office software; fluency in English, and additional language skills are an advantage.
