Zusammenfassung

Ein internationales Hotelunternehmen in Vorarlberg sucht einen Night Auditor (m/w/d), der für den Empfang der Gäste, die Abwicklung der Check-Ins und Check-Outs sowie die Sicherheit während der Nachtschicht verantwortlich ist. Der ideale Kandidat hat eine Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder vergleichbare Erfahrung, gute Umgangsformen sowie Verkaufsfähigkeiten. Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden und der Verkaufspsychologie.

Aufgaben

• Entgegennahme und Abwicklung des Check-Ins und Check-Outs.
• Vorbereitung der Ankünfte für den nächsten Tag.
• Verwaltung der Resort-Kasse und Abschluss der Tagesabrechnungen.
• Durchführung von Sicherheitsrunden und Verantwortung für die Sicherheit bei Nacht.

Here you can shine

• You take care of check-in and check-out during the night.
• You prepare arrivals for the following day.
• You prepare the daily accounts using the Protel hotel programme.
• You will manage the resort cash register and check the cash transactions with the corresponding closing of the main cash register for the day.
• You are responsible for security at night and carry out security rounds.
• You prepare the daily reports and distribute them to the respective departments.
• You will support the reception team during the day shift if required.
