A leading hospitality company in Salzburg is seeking a building technician for its year-round position. You will operate and maintain technical systems at two beautiful resorts. The ideal candidate has experience in building services, thorough and independent work habits, and must be proficient in German. This role offers a secure position, 40-hour work week, and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary is EUR 2500 gross per month, and accommodation cannot be provided.

We are looking for a dedicated personality to fill a year-round position as a building technician at our two resorts in the beautiful Salzburg region – Zell am See and Saalbach. The resort in Zell am See has 64 apartments, a pool, a wellness area, a fitness room and beautiful outdoor facilities. The charming resort in Saalbach has 21 apartments, a small but exquisite wellness area and beautiful gardens. Our guests come from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. For this full-time, year-round position, we are looking for an experienced and motivated person to join our team as a technical manager in building services.

• Operation and maintenance of technical systems

• Performing other summer and winter maintenance work
• Daily inspections to identify and resolve defects
• Conducting emergency training
