ARICOMA is seeking an HR Generalist to own the local HR agenda in Switzerland. This role goes beyond administration and offers a chance to shape HR processes, provide structure to the local setup, and build a solid HR foundation for a growing business.

You will work independently while closely connected to the ARICOMA HR team and broader organization, handling onboarding, contracts, payroll inputs, benefits coordination, and local compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law.
• Solid experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Fluent French, ideally C1/C2.
• Communicative English and German.

Aufgaben

• HR administration & employee lifecycle: manage day-to-day HR admin, records, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, absences and time tracking.
• Employment law & employee support: monitor Swiss employment law, ensure compliance, advise employees and managers.
• Local HR & business support: coordinate local benefits, training and certifications, support recruitment and internal comms.
• Shape and improve HR: evolve local HR setup, implement more efficient processes with broadened HR team.

What will you do?

HR administration & employee lifecycle

• Own day-to-day HR administration, employee records, contracts and documentation.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, absences, holidays and time tracking.
• Prepare payroll inputs and cooperate with our payroll provider.
• Handle employee registrations and deregistrations with relevant insurance providers.

Employment law & employee support

• Monitor Swiss employment law and ensure compliance with local requirements.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics.
• Support management with employment-law questions and communicate with relevant authorities and external advisors.

Local HR & business support

• Coordinate local benefits, training and certifications.
• Support recruitment and internal communication.
• Prepare HR reporting and work closely with Aricoma HR.

Shape and improve HR

Our local HR setup is currently evolving, and you will have the opportunity tocontribute tohow it develops further. You will work with existing processes, help identify what can be improved, and support the implementation of new and more efficient ways of working in cooperation with the wider Aricoma HR team. Your input will help shape how HR supports the Swiss business as it grows.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law.
• Solid experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ability towork independently and take ownership.
• Fluent French, ideally C1/C2.
• Communicative English and German.
• Structured, reliable and detail-oriented approach.
