OnHires seeks an HR & EOR Operations Manager to join our Swiss entity on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role requiring active, genuine employment in Switzerland and supervision of the entity’s activities.

You will coordinate with global HR/payroll teams, maintain SECO-compliant documentation, and act as the main Swiss contact for authorities. The 50% FTE setup is ideal for freelancers expanding a portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in recruitment or HR roles with substantive duties.
• Experience with personnel leasing or EOR operations.
• Clear understanding of Swiss employment law and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Act as the named Responsible Person for the Swiss entity under SECO law.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss labour-leasing legislation and GAV requirements.
• Maintain documentation for SECO and cantonal audits.
• Serve as the primary Swiss contact for SECO and cantonal authorities.
• Oversee HR and employment operations for the Swiss entity.
• Support payroll oversight with the global payroll team.
• Handle employee and client escalations related to HR/compliance.
• Supervise EOR activities to ensure proper conduct.
