The HR Specialist will own the full employment lifecycle, from contracts to payroll and policy, across Swiss and international entities. Qualifikationen

• Five+ years in HR generalist or HR operations roles (standalone function).
• Experience with Swiss employment law, payroll, and permits (hands-on).
• Fluent written and spoken English (company working language).
• Able to work remotely with overlap to Central European Time.

Aufgaben

• Draft, issue and version-control employment contracts and addenda; manage probation tracking and related conversations.
• Run onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, including IT access and final settlements.
• Own the monthly Swiss payroll cycle with external provider; handle variances and payslips.
• Manage work and residence permits, cross-border and remote positions; social security determinations.
• Own Employer of Record relationships; maintain contractor register and classification checks.
• Develop and maintain the HR policy set and employee handbook; handle data protection per FADP/GDPR.
• Lead recruitment for approved roles with job descriptions, postings and agency management.
