Glion Institute of Higher Education is seeking an HR Officer for a permanent position at our Swiss campuses. The role covers full employee lifecycle administration, data compliance, and payroll coordination across a multinational setting with apprenticeship oversight.

You will provide HR policy guidance, support recruitment, and contribute to welfare initiatives while ensuring accurate records and timely processes.

Qualifikationen

• HR Diploma mandatory; additional HR certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years HR experience in administration, recruitment and payroll coordination.
• Fluent in French & English, both written and spoken.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss employment law, social security, tax and payroll.

Aufgaben

• Manage full employee lifecycle administration from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data compliance across HR systems.
• Serve as main HR contact for apprentices and trainees; coordinate with schools.
• Provide first-line HR guidance on policies and employee relations.
• Support recruitment activities: postings, screening, interviews, references.
• Advise on payroll, social security, tax and immigration matters.
• Coordinate engagement, wellbeing initiatives and internal HR comms.
• Support time and absence management, leave and return-to-work processes.
• Assist Director of HR with projects and process improvements.
