Job summary

Qualifications

• Vocational training or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Hospitality, logistics or warehouse experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work in a dynamic hotel environment.
• Strong sense of quality, hygiene and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries for quantity, quality and hygiene.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Manage returns and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Coordinate storeroom logistics and distribute goods to hotel departments.
• Ensure proper storage, cleanliness and safety in storage areas.
• Serve as main contact for hotel departments on receiving, storage and issuing of goods.
• Communicate with suppliers on discrepancies and claims.
• Support inventory counts and stock control activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes in Store & Receiving area.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Cost Control and hotel operations.
