Job summary

Rosewood Vienna is seeking a Security professional to safeguard guests, employees, and visitors across the hotel premises. You will conduct regular patrols, monitor incidents, verify access, and coordinate with authorities to ensure safety compliance.

The role requires diplomacy, de-escalation, and a strong customer-service mindset, with fluent German and good English. You will work within a dynamic hotel team and support emergency procedures while maintaining Rosewood standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in security services and/or hotel operations.
• Fluent German and good English.
• Ability to work independently with commitment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of guests, employees, and visitors throughout the hotel premises.
• Conduct regular inspections and patrols in the hotel and on the hotel grounds.
• Monitor security-related incidents and respond immediately in emergency or hazardous situations.
• Verifying access authorizations and monitoring sensitive areas.
• Collaborating with authorities, emergency services, and external security providers as needed.
• Preparing incident reports and documenting security-related events.
• Assisting with evacuations, fire safety measures, and compliance with security guidelines.
• Preventing theft, vandalism, and other security-related risks.
• Serving as a point of contact for guests and employees regarding security matters.
• Ensuring compliance with hotel standards and legal security regulations.
