Job summary

Rosewood Vienna is seeking a Stewarding role to ensure HACCP hygiene standards across stewarding, kitchen and staff areas. You will assist with organizing work processes, clean and maintain china, glassware, and kitchenware, and monitor equipment and supplies.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. German and English language skills are required; shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time position based in Vienna.

Qualifications

• Must have good command of German and English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience with MS Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards (HACCP) in stewarding, kitchen, and employee areas.
• Assisting with organization and coordination of work processes; cleaning, maintaining, and storing china, glassware, silverware, and kitchenware.
• Monitoring proper use and maintenance of machines, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
• Cleaning all kitchen equipment, appliances, floors, and walls.
• Waste disposal in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Scheduling and coordinating third-party services.
• Ensuring that all equipment, cutlery, and tableware are in perfect condition.
