Job summary

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl is seeking a Store & Receiving Clerk to ensure goods are received, inspected, and stored to quality and inventory standards. You will keep storerooms organized, rotate stock (FIFO), and document movements accurately.

You will work with hotel operations and suppliers to maintain a smooth supply chain, support counts and reconciliations, and uphold compliance in a hands-on warehousing role with data entry and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, warehousing, inventory control, logistics or hospitality operations.
• Driver's license and preferably trailer license (BE).
• Strong understanding of inventory practices and attention to detail.
• Able to use inventory management systems and MS Office.
• Well-organised, reliable and capable of prioritising workload.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and accurately document all goods delivered to the hotel.
• Maintain clean, secure storerooms and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
• Monitor inventory levels and record stock movements accurately.
• Support inventory counts, stocktakes, reconciliations and variance investigations.
• Maintain receiving and inventory records and support compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with operational departments and suppliers to ensure efficient operations.
