Job summary

Anton Paar in Austria is seeking an experienced leader to head the IT Department HR Systems. You will lead the HR Systems IT team, drive strategic development of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, and digitalize HR processes in collaboration with HR and other departments.

You will manage projects, changes, interfaces, and integrations, advise management, and ensure the stable, future-ready operation of HR systems.

Qualifications

Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of HR IT experience in complex, international landscapes.
Strong SAP expertise with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience in design, evaluation, and implementation of system changes and integrations.
Proven leadership of an IT team with prioritization and resource management.
Excellent German and English communication.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the HR Systems IT team, both functionally and disciplinarily.
Drive strategic development of the HR systems landscape, focusing on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
Digitalize and optimize HR processes in collaboration with HR and other departments.
Manage projects, change requests, interfaces, and integration initiatives.
Advise management and stakeholders on HR IT and digitalization topics.
Ensure stable, integrated, and future-ready operation of HR systems.
