Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR IT experience in international system landscapes.
• Strong SAP expertise with HCM and/or SuccessFactors.
• Experience in design, evaluation, and implementation of system changes.
• Proven leadership of IT teams with resource management.
• Good understanding of HR processes and IT mapping.
• Excellent German and English communication skills.
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with hands-on mentality.
