Job summary

Anton Paar in Austria is seeking an experienced leader to head the IT Department HR Systems. You will lead the HR Systems IT team, drive strategic development of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, and digitalize HR processes in collaboration with HR and other departments.

You will manage projects, changes, interfaces, and integrations, advise management, and ensure the stable, future-ready operation of HR systems.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR IT experience in complex, international landscapes.
• Strong SAP expertise with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in design, evaluation, and implementation of system changes and integrations.
• Proven leadership of an IT team with prioritization and resource management.
• Excellent German and English communication.

To further develop our global HR systems landscape, we are looking for an experienced leader to head our IT Department HR Systems. Together with your team, you will be responsible for the reliable operation and strategic, technological advancement of our core HR systems, with a focus on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.

Job Description

• Lead and manage the HR Systems IT team, both functionally and disciplinarily
• Drive the strategic development of our HR systems landscape, with a focus on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
• Digitalize and optimize HR processes in close collaboration with HR and other business departments
• Manage projects, change requests, interfaces, and system enhancement initiatives
• Advise management and business stakeholders on HR IT and digitalization topics
• Ensure the stable, integrated, and future-ready operation of our HR systems

Qualifications

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in HR IT, ideally within complex and international system landscapes
• Strong technical SAP expertise and hands-on experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience in the technical design, evaluation, and implementation of system changes, releases, and integration solutions
• Proven experience in leading, developing, and organizing an IT team, including managing responsibilities, priorities, and resources
• Good understanding of HR processes and how they are mapped into IT systems
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Structured and solution-oriented working style combined with a strong hands-on mentality
