Springtime Technologies is expanding its Corporate IT team and seeking a hands-on Corporate IT Support Engineer to deliver reliable, secure internal IT services to employees across the organization.

You will resolve support requests, manage devices and identities, run onboarding and offboarding, and keep collaboration tools running smoothly. This is an individual-contributor role focused on technical ownership.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, Android, iOS and SaaS tools.
• Experience with IdP/IdM and SSO integrations.
• Device management and provisioning experience.
• Ticketing systems experience (Jira, ServiceNow) and ITIL concepts.
• Scripting ability (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Security fundamentals; familiarity with ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR.
• Microsoft environments (Entra ID, Windows Server, Defender, Intune).
• Service-oriented mindset and clear communication with non-technical colleagues.
• Fluent German and English.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily first- and second-level employee IT support across devices and apps.
• Manage identity and access day-to-day, including user accounts and SSO integrations.
• Provision, configure, and maintain company devices via MDM tooling.
• Run onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and assets.
• Support collaboration platforms and core SaaS applications used company-wide.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and changes through a ticketing system.
• Automate recurring tasks with scripting to reduce manual work.
• Create and maintain knowledge-base articles and IT policies.
• Support security and compliance efforts with IT Security and Cloud teams.
• Collaborate with IT Ops, Cloud Platform Engineering, HR, and stakeholders.
