BeOne is seeking a System Support Analyst in Austria to optimize employee productivity by supporting Windows 11 and Office applications, Intune, and conferencing tools. You will serve on-site and remotely, including executive support and event coordination, in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

With 4+ years in a Support/SysAdmin role, you will provide remote/onsite assistance, translate technical details for end users, and ensure SLA adherence while collaborating with GTS teams.

Qualifikationen

• Four or more years of experience as a Support Specialist, System Administrator, or in Executive Support.
• Executive Support experience is required.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage (French/German).
• Experience with ServiceNow or another ITSM tool.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Intune and mobile device management issues.
• Troubleshoot conferencing platforms and equipment, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Polycom audiovisual systems.
• Build, configure, patch, maintain, repair, and manage new and existing employee systems.
• Apply sound knowledge of change management, user support and service desk methodologies.
• Provide system administration support for a growing portfolio of enterprise infrastructure applications.
• Support laptops and mobile devices using Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, or similar platforms.
• Provide remote user support by telephone and remote management tools.
• Provide executive support and technical support for town hall‑style events.
• Translate technical information into clear, user‑friendly language.
• Ensure Service Level Agreement performance standards are met.
• Coordinate with GTS groups to resolve incidents and fulfil requests in accordance with established guidelines.
