Qualifikationen

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows client OS.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft server OS including Active Directory and file/print sharing.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of Office automation including VSTO and add-ins.
• Experience supporting software products, including in network environments.
• Willingness to pursue further training, particularly regarding our software suite.
• Absolute reliability when dealing with customers and colleagues.
