Springtime Technologies in Austria is seeking a Team Lead of Corporate IT to own our internal IT organization. You will lead the Corporate IT team, shaping strategy for workplace and end-user services, identity management, device management, and service desk operations.

You will collaborate with IT Operations and business stakeholders to align IT with company objectives, manage vendor relationships, drive ITSM processes, and ensure a secure, compliant, and cost-efficient IT environment.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience directing Corporate IT teams and setting priorities.
• Experience building and running end-user IT, workplace services, and ITSM processes.
• Strong knowledge of security, governance, and regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR).

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Corporate IT team with hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Own strategy and roadmap for corporate and end-user IT services (workplace, collaboration, IAM, device mgmt).
• Ensure reliable, secure operation of IT infrastructure including service desk and IT support.
• Collaborate with IT Ops, Cloud Platform Eng., and business stakeholders to align IT with company initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs; drive continuous improvement.
