Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Energetic, welcoming vibe that makes guests feel at home.
• Ability to multitask while keeping a smile during busy periods.
• Proactive mindset with focus on memorable guest stays.
• Proficient with PMS, kiosks, and guest messaging apps; fluent in English & German.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests with warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start.
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation.
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with energy.
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events and experiences.
• Handle bookings for activities, restaurants and more.
• Share guest insights with the team to improve stays.
• Work with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep operations smooth.
• Promote outlets and upsell opportunities.
