Qualifikationen

• Completed education, preferably in the tourism industry.
• Experience in guest-facing roles is a plus.
• Good IT skills and MS Office proficiency.

• Process reservations and maintain back-office records.
• Actively upsell excursions and city tours.
• Perform administrative tasks to support front office operations.
