The Social Hub (B Corp™) in Austria is seeking a Front Office Host to greet guests, manage check-ins, and guide them with local tips. You’ll create a welcoming lobby atmosphere, handle payments and kiosk navigation, and coordinate with housekeeping, F&B and maintenance to keep operations smooth.

You bring 1–3 years in hospitality, English and German, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. You’ll thrive multitasking across shifts, upsell opportunities, and share guest insights to improve stays.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of hospitality or guest-facing experience.
• Energetic, welcoming vibe and positive attitude.
• Comfortable with digital tools like PMS, kiosks, and guest messaging apps.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests with warmth and set a great atmosphere.
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation.
• Keep the lobby inviting and buzzing with energy.
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events and experiences.
• Handle activity, restaurant and experience bookings.
• Share guest insights with the team to improve stays.
