The Social Hub in Vienna seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to guide the front-of-house team and ensure smooth, warm service across each sitting. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to onboard new team members and keep daily operations running like clockwork.

You’ll lead during service, coach staff, and stay engaged with guests while coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to maintain flow. English and German are essential; 1–2 years in senior waiter/barista/bartender roles is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role.
• Ability to lead a team during service.
• Clear communication and composure in busy periods.
• Eye for detail to keep service consistent.
• Genuine hospitality energy and guest-facing demeanor.
• Team player with ability to lead by example.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive, upbeat tone.
• Guide the crew on the floor and help solve issues in the moment.
• Support training and onboarding for new team members.
• Keep daily operations smooth: setups, stock, cleanliness, safety.
• Stay present on the floor, engage with guests and assist where needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and pass on irregularities.
• Share shift targets and motivate the team to reach them.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain flow of service.
