The Social Hub in Vienna is seeking an AsaFront Office Host to welcome guests and manage check-ins with warmth. You will guide guests using local tips and connect them to events, restaurants and experiences while maintaining a lively lobby atmosphere.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in hospitality, strong English and German, and a proactive, friendly approach to multitasking during busy periods. This role is on-site with a dynamic, multinational team.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role.
• Energetic, welcoming vibe that makes guests feel at home.
• Able to switch between tasks while maintaining a smile and calm.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests with warmth and set a great atmosphere.
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation.
• Keep lobby tidy, inviting and energetic.
• Offer local tips and connect to events and experiences.
• Support bookings for activities and experiences as needed.
• Share guest feedback with the team to improve stays.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance for smooth operations.
