Habyt is launching Green Cube Vienna, a landmark studiohouse development in Vienna. We are seeking a Guest Experience Associate to welcome guests, manage front desk operations, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure top-tier hospitality and smooth daily operations.

The role focuses on delivering seamless guest experiences, handling reservations, and upselling services, all while adhering to Austrian standards and safety procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, or customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; German strongly preferred.
• Experience with PMS systems (MEWS is a plus); rotating shifts.

Aufgaben

• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient check-in and check-out experiences.
• Manage reservations, bookings, and room allocation via PMS.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for readiness and issue resolution.
• Promote and upsell services (café, parking, extensions).
• Follow SOPs and Austrian regulatory requirements.
