Job summary

Best Western Parkhotel Hagenberg in Austria is seeking a Front office employee (m/f/d) for full-time or part-time positions. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle reservations, and coordinate with other departments to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Completed training in the hotel or hospitality industry or a comparable qualification.
• Previous work experience in a similar position is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• A neat appearance and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well with others.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with hotel reservation systems.
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests during their stay.
• Guest check-in and check-out, including billing.
• Processing reservations and inquiries by phone and email.
• Coordination with other departments to ensure optimal service.
• Maintaining guest data and managing the reservation systems.
• Support in organizing events and conferences.
• Handling guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
