Deel is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth for a defined segment. You will identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers through inbound and outbound prospecting, educating them on Deel’s HR and payroll platform.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound role.
• Fully proficient in Hebrew.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across channels.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote-friendly environment.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and multi-priority capable.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients by understanding needs and challenges.
• Create and execute outreach sequences with personalized emails and calls.
• Engage existing customers to identify cross-sell opportunities.

• Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM and tools.
