Deel is hiring a Solutions Engineer (Consultant) to partner with go-to-market and internal teams, supporting prospective clients as they evaluate Deel’s platform. You will showcase value, credibility, and technical fit through demonstrations and tailored proposals.

You’ll translate complex client needs into actionable, scalable, and compliant solutions across the sales process, from discovery through implementation hand-off, helping accelerate deal velocity.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4 years in Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales or equivalent
• Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills, with customer value focus
• Multilingual capability is a bonus
• Entrepreneurial DNA with a positive, can-do attitude
• Collaborative, team player; thrives in a start-up, fast-moving environment

Aufgaben

• Showcase the value of Deel’s platform to deliver technical wins with GTM teams
• Consult with prospective customers to map current processes to optimized future-state solutions
• Own solution discovery, RFP responses, platform demonstrations, and integration workshops
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, compliant solution designs
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to address questions and accelerate deals
