Zusammenfassung

Deel is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth globally. You will identify and engage prospective customers through multi-channel outreach, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with Account Executives to move leads through the pipeline.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive mindset, and experience with CRM tools in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. Location preference includes Austria, with flexible hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales development or outbound roles.
• Strong written and spoken communication across channels.
• Remote-friendly, highly organized and self-motivated.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients and understand needs.
• Create and execute outreach sequences including emails and calls.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and drive pipeline growth.
