Zusammenfassung

Sportradar is seeking a Global Payroll Accountant to support payroll accounting across the US and Rest of World. You will manage month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and reporting while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

You will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and external providers to resolve discrepancies, maintain confidentiality, and drive process improvements in a global, on-site environment.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of payroll accounting or accounting experience, preferably with global payroll exposure (US and ROW).
  • Strong understanding of U.S. payroll and familiarity with international payroll practices.
  • Experience with payroll reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, month-end close and audits.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills; experience with payroll systems preferred.

We are seeking a detailed oriented Global Payroll Accountant to support payroll accounting activities across the US and Rest of World (ROW) countries. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, reports, and timely month-end close activities.

THE CHALLENGE:
  • Control workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Prepare internal payroll reports and develop ad hoc financial reporting as needed
  • Assure confidentiality and security of records and information
  • Responsible for month-end tasks including payroll-related journal entries, account reconciliations, and tax compliance for US and ROW countries

  • Support internal and external audits
  • Support payroll tax, statutory, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Ensure payroll processes and accounting practices are consistent with company policies and applicable local regulations

ABOUT YOU:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of payroll accounting or accounting experience, preferably with global payroll exposure (US and ROW)
  • Strong understanding of U.S. payroll and familiarity with international payroll practices
  • Experience with payroll reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, month-end close and audits
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, experience with payroll systems preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, highly organized and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple countries and time zones

OURRECRUITMENTPROCESS:

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
