About Us

The Sales Analysis & Business Partnering team at Sportradar sits at the center of our commercial organization as part of the Revenue Operations team. We partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to turn data into actionable insights that improve commercial performance. Our team supports regional leadership through forecasting, planning, renewal analysis, and key account insights that help drive sustainable revenue growth.

We thrive on collaboration, analytical thinking, and transforming complex data into clear recommendations that enable better business decisions.

  • Monitor forecast accuracy and proactively identify risks and opportunities within the regional pipeline.
  • Support monthly forecast reviews by maintaining forecast models, validating assumptions, and highlighting material changes.
  • Maintain forecasting methodologies and reporting to ensure consistent, reliable performance tracking.
  • Partner with sales leaders on key account planning by providing customer insights, historical performance, whitespace opportunities, and growth recommendations.
  • Support territory planning and account segmentation through data-driven analysis and reporting.
  • Assist with quarterly planning activities and regional target setting through analytical modelling and commercial insight.

Renewal Strategy & Commercial Operations

  • Own and continuously improve regional renewal reporting and processes to increase forecast visibility and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify upcoming renewal risks and expansion opportunities.

  • Deliver recurring reporting packages for regional commercial leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support commercial initiatives, pricing discussions, account reviews, and executive requests.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and accessibility of commercial insights.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations that enable better decision-making across the regional business.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, Consulting, or another analytical business function.
  • Experience supporting commercial teams through forecasting, reporting, or sales analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for sports, data, and partnering with commercial teams to drive business performance.

OUR OFFER:
