ALDI SÜD HOLDING in Austria seeks a Group HR Learning & Development leader to design scalable global training strategies, standardise where possible and adapt locally.

You will drive AI-enabled learning, implement modern formats, lead employee listening, translate insights into action, partner with IT and HR teams, and oversee budgets and governance to improve engagement and organisational capability.

Competenze

• A university degree in HR, education, business, or related field.
• Several years of hands‑on managerial experience in People Leadership, Talent Management, Culture Development and/or L&D.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Proficiency in digital learning technologies and platforms (e-learning, LMS, virtual training tools).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Global mindset and adaptability; English fluency; Workday experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead evaluation, intake and prioritisation of global training requests.
• Design and oversee scalable learning solutions, frameworks and curricula across countries.
• Drive AI-enabled learning, digital formats and blended learning approaches.
• Lead global employee listening strategy and governance of surveys and feedback.
• Analyse feedback data, develop executive insights and drive action plans with leaders.
• Drive global HR transformation and build capabilities translating priorities into measurable learning outcomes.
• Partner with IT and L&D to configure global solutions (LMS, listening tools).
• Manage global L&D budgets, vendor governance and resource allocation; ensure governance and evaluation.
