The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, and proficiency in data visualization tools. International collaboration and flexible work arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in top-tier Strategy Consulting and/or Corporate Strategy/Business Development.
• Experience in strategic expansion and investment opportunity identification in grocery retail or consumer goods.
• M&A experience is beneficial but not critical.
• Strong analytical capabilities with quantitative and qualitative research.
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive business cases with operational impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead ALDI Süd's global strategic growth and expansion projects.
• Develop growth strategies for existing and new markets; conduct market-entry studies.
• Prepare strategic and decision-making materials for internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate investment opportunities across grocery retail and other sectors.
• Execute M&A transactions and shape deal strategies globally.
• Create comprehensive financial models and run PMO activities.
• Collaborate with divisions across the ALDI Süd Group and external partners.
