You will lead performance reviews, analyze market trends, manage reporting, and support senior management with clear narrative reports. English fluency and SAP experience are required, with flexible remote options within Austria and abroad.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of working experience in Finance/Controlling/Accounting in an international corporate organisation.
• Degree in business administration, economics or finance.
• Experience in the (grocery) retail industry is a plus.
• Specialised qualifications or working experience in SAP FI/CO, SAP BW.
• Proficiency with BI tools and dashboards/queries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to combine quantitative data with qualitative information.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
• Desire to work in dynamic environments with international stakeholders.
• Business fluency in English.

Aufgaben

• Partner with country leadership as a strategic business partner, translating data into actionable insights.
• Lead performance reviews and develop improvement measures with leadership.
• Source and analyze market trends and competitor activity to understand market dynamics.
• Manage timely and accurate reporting and monitor performance metrics.
• Analyze and review operational KPIs and challenge data to identify improvements.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and assess local investment initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact for the national finance organisation and interface with Group Controlling.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for senior management.
