Zusammenfassung

ALDI SÜD HOLDING is seeking a senior strategist to lead global growth and expansion projects, develop market entry strategies, and evaluate investment opportunities across sectors. You will build financial models, prepare materials for senior stakeholders, and manage PMO activities with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a university degree and 4–7 years in top-tier strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or corporate strategy / business development.
• Experience in strategic expansion and investment opportunity identification in grocery retail or consumer goods.
• Some M&A experience is beneficial but not critical.
• Strong analytical capabilities in quantitative and qualitative research.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI and ThinkCell.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead ALDI Süd’s global strategic growth and expansion projects and initiatives.
• Develop growth strategies for existing and new markets and conduct market entry studies.
• Evaluate, develop, define and deploy business models globally.
• Prepare strategic and decision‑making materials for internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate investment opportunities across grocery retail and other sectors.
• Execute M&A transactions and shape deal strategies globally.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of markets, industries and targets.
• Create comprehensive business cases including strategic fit and potential synergies.
• Build and supervise creation of detailed financial models and PMO activities.
• Collaborate with divisions across the ALDI Süd Group and external partners.
